Catalogue Note
The present Daytona reference 6263 is a highly charismatic example in very original and appealing condition. Fitted with its original Mk1 bezel and pushers the dial is also an early generation example featuring graphics that are signed lower down from the Rolex Coronet as opposed to higher up on later examples. In addition, the case is very appealing with crisp edges, original proportions and very crisp numbers between the lugs. Overall, an outstanding example consigned by an Important Asian collector.
