Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Extract from the Archives confirming the date of sale on December 20th, 2005.  Together with Advanced Research Patek Philippe presentation box, box cloth and outer packaging. The Ref. 5250 was launched in 2005 in a limited series of only 100 examples in white gold.
