Condition
CASE The case is in very good overall condition, however, in our view has seen a polishing in its past The case back shows scratches, most notably near the circle most probably due to prior opening. The lugs remain to be thick and proportionate. There are some minor scuffs seen throughout from wear, consistent with the age of the timepiece. The bracelet and clasp shows signs of some stretching and scuffing due to wear. DIAL The dial is in very good overall condition, and in our view, shows no signs of prior restoration. The printing on the dial remains crisp and intact. MOVEMENT The movement is in very good overall condition. The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
