  •  The mount: 37 cm, 14 5/8  in.
the blade: a yoroi-doshi style with a deep koshi-hi with a narrow hi beneath it the koshirae: the gnarled wood koshirae inlaid in silver, copper, gilt and shakudo with a snake emerging from crevices, the silver fuchi kashira inlaid in gilt and shakudo with grasses, a slug emerging from the fuchi  

Condition

The faint hamon is visible throughout. Cracks and minor losses to lacquer throughout, as well as some restoration to metal ornaments.
