Condition

The sheet is affixed to the Artist's prepared backboard at each corner and the board is, in turn, affixed to the mount with a small number of screws, only visible from the verso and not visible in the present frame. The edges of the sheet have been cut and there is some very minor undulation to the sheet, in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There is one tiny and historic vertical tear to the extreme upper edge, towards the right, and one very faint imperfection to the paper, just below the centre of the upper edge. There is some very minor creasing to the extreme upper corners, with one further extremely faint crease to the upper right quadrant. There is a faint diagonal scuff to the sheet towards the centre of the lower edge, which may be consistent with the Artist's working methods. The Artist's prepared board has evidence of some very minor frame abrasion, most likely as a result of a previous frame, and there are one or two very minor nicks to the surface of the board and a knock in the lower right corner. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. The work is float mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame.
