Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires of medium saturation, with typical inclusions visible under 10x magnification, a few nicks and scratches. Diamonds bright and lively. Evidence of frequent wear to the metal, with scratches and signs of tarnish consistent with frequent use. Gross weight approximately 13 grams.
