Of scroll motif, the polished gold bangle-watch set with emerald-cut and cabochon citrines, the concealed round dial with Arabic and baton indicators, manual movement, internal circumference 6 inches, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre; circa 1940.

Condition

In overall good condition, with minor surface scratches and nicks commensurate with age and wear. Fits a small wrist. The citrines are a deep orangy brown color, evenly matched for color. The watch with a champagne colored dial, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, Fabrique Swiss, with blued steel hands, the case back partially numbered 80331, backwind. Movement numbered 73813, Cal.10, 17 jewels. The manual movement running at the time of cataloguing. When winding, only wind in the direction of the arrow. CAUTION: to open you must first pull back the hinged safety with the citrines on the side of the bangle, then rotate the center round element at the top of the bangle which houses the watch movement, then it will easily swivel open, but it must be done by opening that side safety first!
