after the design by Sergei Chekhonin, with a Russian inscription 'From the heights of science you will see the dawn of the new day sooner than from the below, from the depth of trivial turmoil of everyday life', with hammer, sickle and cog dated 1921
Condition
There is an abrasion to the surface of the glaze under the rim, otherwise okay.
