Condition

The kesi is in mostly good condition for its age and type, with small scattered losses and abrasion (particularly to the gold-wrapped threads across the center), scatted minor snags to the threads, and light staining (particularly at the lower section, as illustrated). The kesi has been stabilized with a backing, and worn areas have sewn repairs. Please note that this was not removed from the frame for inspection.
