  • bronze, dark brown patina
  • H. 43 cm; 17 in.

Condition

In overall very good condition with minor surface dirt, notably in the crevices, consistent with age and handling. There is minor wear to the patina notably to the high points. The wear is more visible on her face. Two small screws are visible to the back of the base probably where the missing cartouche was attached. There is minor greening at some places, notably on her proper upright left hand. This exquisite bronze is a highly detailed and refined cast with a wonderful rendering of the fabric and laces of the dress.
