Condition
- very thin craquelures appear on the surface - the painting seems too yellow on the photo and not pink enough - under UV light, a few retouches appear in the lower left, upper left and upper right angles, in the sky and a few on the path lower right.

Catalogue Note
Executed circa 1820-1822. Corot painted this area of Ville d'Avray several times, as his parents had a house nearby. A famous painting showing the Cabassud houses is kept at the Louvre museum, Paris.
