Condition
Oil on canvas, unlined. The picture surface is in generally good condition, with bright, vibrant colors. There is impasto in the water and sky still visible. Under UV light, some pigments fluoresce, though the majority appear related to the artists working method. Many of the whites used in the sails and the clouds and sky fluoresce. No apparent retouching is visible. Framed and ready to hang in its current condition.
