Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and attached to the mount at each corner. There are some old adhesive marks visible at each corner and some tape remnants at the centre of the upper and lower edges. The upper edge is unevenly cut and the lower corners are rounded. The sheet is timestained. There is a vertical flattened fold running down the centre of the composition and there are some flattened creases in places. There are two tears along the upper edge (each approx. 2 cm long) and some further minor tears to the left edge. There are some tiny spots of foxing in places and a few spots of loss to the paper surface at the upper part of the composition. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
