Condition
Overall in excellent condition. Seating area presents with superficial scratches and minor abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use. With occasional, very minimal evidence of white paint, mostly concentrated to the feet, only visible upon very close inspection and not visually detracting to the overall beautiful form of the wood. Bases of the legs present with minor scuffs and nicks, not visually distracting and consistent with the purpose of the object over time. Both this and the following lot (lot 124) are a matched set and present similar wear. The chair presents a unique and particularly fine live-edge slab that ornaments the armrest. A wonderful work by a woodworking master of the craft.
