Condition
Light folds and creases, yellowing, foxing, accretions, staining, undulations, small tears and minor water spots. There are tape marks on the 'Suite Plan Metro House Dhobi' drawing. More prominent creasing and tears at the edges of the 'Longitudinally and Transverse Sections' drawing. Small tears and holes in the 'Proposed Alterations at the Stage End of the Auditorium' drawing. Certain drawings also have pencil markings which appear inherent to the point of production. Condition commensurate with age, as viewed. Please note the drawings have not been inspected outside the frames and mounts.
