Description
- 49 cm, 19 1/4 in.
the baluster body supported on a countersunk base, surmounted by a tall waisted neck and everted mouth, set with four lug handles at the shoulder, decorated in relief on the exterior with two dragons reaching for a flaming pearl and soaring amidst clouds
Condition
There are two shallow restored chips to the rim, measuring approx.1.2 and 0.8 cm respectively. There is also an approx. 4 cm retouched area to one dragon’s body. There are glaze chips along the foot and expected glaze crackles, some with associated flakes.
