Grand in-folio (524 x 350 mm). Bradel toilé conçu par Buren, couvert de larges rayures noires, étui assorti de rayures crème (Reliure et étui de l’éditeur).Étui légèrement sali. Livre-objet entièrement conçu par Daniel Buren. Imprimés en sérigraphie, les 29 pages sont imprimées recto-verso : le recto de rayures, le verso de couleurs unies. Certaines pages présentent des découpes géométriques laissant apercevoir les motifs des pages suivantes. Tirage limité à 140 exemplaires, celui-ci un des 100 exemplaires nominatifs réservés aux sociétaires des Éditions du Solstice (n° 6), signés à l’encre par Césaire tandis que Buren a apposé un timbre à froid conçu spécialement. Exemplaire imprimé pour le comte de Ribes. Enrichi d'une des 20 suites de 4 œuvres originales de Buren, chacune signée de son timbre sec. Mêlant rayures caractéristiques de son travail, aplats de couleurs et formes géométriques découpées dans la page, Buren fait du livre une véritable sculpture.
