This work is in good condition overall. The canvas is slightly loose on the stretcher and as a result there are impression lines from the outline of the stretcher bars and an indentation in the upper right quadrant. There is a fine vertical hairline crack running along the right edge of the stretcher bar demarcation. There are scattered scuff marks throughout. There are two pinpoint losses along the upper turning edge, approximately 1 and 4 inches from the right corner, respectively. There are scattered pinpoint spots of stray white pigment, seen especially in the right half of the painting and possibly inherent to the time of execution. Under Ultraviolet light, there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed.
