Overall in very good condition. The prisms are an assembled set and display a variety of warm gold and amber tones when illuminated. When viewed with reflected light, the prisms display golden iridescence. The glass with some minor air bubbles, particulate inclusions, and surface irregularities inherent in the making and not visually distracting. Some of the prisms with minor edge flecks consistent with age and handling. One prism appears to be a replacement and displays a more rounded profile and slightly darker coloration. The bronze fixture is in very good condition and displays a rich russet brown patina. The bronze surfaces with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions and light wear consistent with age and handling. The chains all appear to be period and present with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, and light wear. With period sockets. An extremely dynamic and complex work with great visual presence.
