Description
The body of the rectangular vanity case applied with black enamel, the lid and sides set with sections of lapis lazuli and decorated with millegrain-set baguette and rose diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror and two lidded compartments, measuring approximately 82 x 44 x 12mm, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay mark and maker's mark, case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
Condition
Signed Van Cleef & Arpels Paris and numbered 33543 to inside of lid. Pushpiece numbered 6692. Compartments stamped with French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark for Strauss Allard Meyer in lozenge. Mirror with small chip to top corner. Gross weight approximately 180.5 grams. Overall condition good.
