Description
Set with a cabochon star sapphire weighing 36.02 carats, the barrel-shaped shoulders set with circular-cut diamonds with cabochon sapphire terminals, size R.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 106231, stating that the sapphire weighing 36.027 carats, measuring 20.95 x 14.72 x 11.05mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped with sponsors marks SSO and indistinct marks. Sapphire with surface reaching fractures, inclusions eye-visible, with surface scratches. Scratches to metal. Light yellow solder visible to ring shank shoulders. Overall in good condition. Gross weight approximately 15 grams. Accompanied by case.
