  • Height 9 5/8  in., 24.4 cm
the flattened baluster body with geometric scroll handles at the shoulder, the base with a crane amidst rockwork grasping a fruiting peach branch in its beak next to a gnarled blossoming prunus tree carved in high relief extending upwards and across in the round, the reverse with another crane amidst rockwork and lingzhi, the stone an even celadon color, fitted wood stand (3)

Condition

The vase and cover are in overall condition, with only small chips to a few of the blossoms and a few scattered minute nicks, as expected. The tip of the crane's beak may have a polished chip. The stone as a few natural fissures and the color is consistent with the illustration in the printed catalog.
