In good condition, with minor scratches to the mounting commensurate with wear. In very good condition given the age of this piece. Minor loss to black enamel at the base of the brooch. Mounting tests as platinum. The carved sapphires are medium blue and moderately included. The emeralds are medium light very slightly bluish green, heavily included, two emeralds with chips visible under 10x magnification. The diamonds, excluding the largest old European-cut diamond, weighing a total of approximately 1.35 carats, are approximately G-H color and of yellow hue, VS-SI clarity. The largest diamond is of medium light yellow hue, approximately VS2 clarity. Length approximately 1½ inches. Please note that this piece was originally sold with GIA report no. 5182746780 stating that the diamond of yellow hue weighing approximately 1.10 carats is of Natural Color; however, the certificate is no longer available.
