CASE The case is in excellent overall condition with very light surface scratching visible throughout. The engraved detailing along the bezel and bow remain crisp, and in our view, have likely never been polished. DIAL/MOVEMENT The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. The Ref 894 was launched in 1978 and was produced through the early 2000's. The present lot is skeletonized and showcases the firm's incredible artisan skills. Every surface of the caliber 17-170/32 is decorated with fine engravings. The bezel and bow are also dressed with a scrolling effect.
