Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a thick varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate but UV examination does reveal some spots and lines of retouching along the right edge of the work. There are some varnish splash deposits to the upper left quadrant, visible under UV light. There are some scattered fly spots in places, and this work would benefit from a light clean. This work is in overall good condition.
