Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, and taped along all four edges of its verso to a window mount. There is a flattened crease to the right of the upper edge. The sheet is lightly time-stained overall and there are spots of foxing scattered throughout. There are a few minor losses to the gouache, in the violet rose in the lower left quadrant, a further loss to the lower left quadrant, and further minor losses, with a small area of lifting to the medium, to the violet rose in the upper right quadrant. The work is in overall good condition.
