Description

Of openwork design, set with a cabochon emerald weighing 58.67 carats, and circular- and single-cut diamonds, unsigned, numbered, French assay mark for gold and partial maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 101617, stating that the cabochon emerald weighing 58.67 carats, measuring 24.38 x 25.46 x 14.26mm, is of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of oil in fissures. Numbered 2907, partial French maker's mark and assay mark for 18 carat gold. Emerald green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some visible to the naked eye, some surface reaching, minor abrasions and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches and wear to the metal consistent with age and use. In overall good condition. Gross weight approximately 29 grams.
