- Amongst the many stars in attendance at the party were The Rolling Stones and Andy Warhol.
- The poster features a series of photographs of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Ronnie Wood and Bill Wyman taken by Andy Warhol. Warhol created the cover artwork for the album and designed this poster exclusively for the party.
- The posters were given to selected guests who attended the launch party.
