In 1969, Rolex concurrently launched referenc🌺e 6263 and 6265, replacing the first ever Oyster Cosmograph Daytona reference 6240. Produced for nearly 20 years, the reference 6263 is easily di💮stinguished by its acrylic tachometer bezel and screw down pushers.

The reference 6263 is the last Daytona made with a manual-winding Valjoux movement and one of the most desirable vintage Daytona models. Its rugged appearance featuring screw-down pushers, which increase water resistance (and garner the watch the 'Oyster' designation), and the black acrylic bezel featuring a tachymeter track make i൩t exceedingly attractive to collectors.
