Nutty, lanolin nose. Oh, but the taste - absolutely huge, fat, rich, mind-blowing. Sweet green🐈gages - explosive orange zests, allspice and ginger. Gingerbread finish with a final lime sign-off. Tasted again in 2009 at a wonderful dinner in Athens and as superb, and now as ready, as ever. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
