• Case: 14ct gold polished case, the front with the arms of the house of Habsburg-Lorraine beneath a crown, the armorials heightened with red and white enamel beneath a crown, slide for hand-setting beneath bezel, case with Swiss hallmarks for 14ct gold and numbered 51773

The calendar dial is a separate module hinged onto the backplate of the movement. Date indication is advanced automatically via a lever which engages with a pinion to the back of the dial plate; the date can also be manually advanced via a lever set to the bezel. Two rollers set to the edge of the bezel allow the month to be manually advanced at the beginning o𒈔f each month and the days of the week to be aligned with the correct dates for that month.
