'On Saturday afternoon, October 25, 1973, I took my two-year-old son to look at the airplanes at the Taipei Airport. In an interior walkway, I discovered an exhibition of paintings for sale. I was immediately attracted to a black, yellow and gray abstract painting by Chuang Che, which spoke to me of ineffable 𒉰beauty.  ♐I quickly purchased it, put my son in his backpack and happily took him and the painting home.'

「一九七三年十月二🌞十五日的星期六下午，我帶著兩歲的兒子到台北機場看飛機。在一條室內走廊，我發現了一個畫展可供購藏，並立即被一幅墨﹑金﹑灰色調的莊喆抽象繪畫所吸引，它給我一種難以語喻的美。我迅速買下了它，把我兒൲子放進背包，然後歡天喜地的帶著他和畫作回家。」
