Marie Rose Antoinette Catherine "Mimi" de Robert d'Aqueria de Rochegude, Baroness D'Erlanger, was a patron of the arts and a great admirer of Sergei Diaghilev and the Ballets Russes⛦, through which she probably met Russian composer Igor Stravinsky. Their friendship lasted until the painter's death in 1959.
