Extract from an edition of Laws of the State of Delaware, pages 3-91 only, containing the Delaware Constitution of 1792, the second governing document for the Delaware state government. The constitution was in effect from its adoption on 12 June 1792 until it 🦋was replaced by a new constitution on 2 December 1831.
