8vo (223 x 140 mm). 5-100 pp., containing the official certification of Secretary of State A. O. Ringsrud, signed by him and bearing the gold seal of the State of South Dakota; scattered chips to e♊dges, first page detached with institution stamps, early ink marginalia (possibly by Ringsrud) pasted down on a slip, certificate neatly separated along fold. Modern brown cloth, earlier leather spine retained.
