Overall in very good condition. When viewed firsthand, the chairs present with a slightly lighter color tone than pictured in the catalogue photography. The edges and corners of the wooden surfaces present with evidence of a darker stained fin💙ish. The oak elem♚ents are in age-appropriate condition, with very light surface scratches, occasional and minor surface abrasions concentrated to the legs and armrests. The wooden surfaces present with occasional very minor irregularities inherent to the material. The ball-shaped pieces connecting the armrests and backrests with some looseness but overall stable. The rush surfaces are in very good and stable condition overall with occasional loose threads. One chair with a slightly faded color to the rush backrest. A pair of armchairs highly compatible with the pair of ottomans (lot 183) offered later in the sale.
