the ball-shaped finial and collar enamelled with arched panels of pale pink translucent enamel with strawberry translucent enamel borders, all over a wavy engine-turned ground, the enamel panels divided by gold bands chased with a zig-zag pattern, mounted with bands of chased laurel leaves in varicoloured gold, the terminal mounted with a diamond, with silk parasol, struck with maker's initials, 56 standard
