Inheriting Patek Philippe's tradition perpetual calendar designs, the reference 5327 replaced the reference 5140 in 2016, which was a descendant of the legendary perpetual calendar reference 3940. Featuring a dial of royal sunburst blue, the present example is decorated with Breguet numerals which was a feature of the watch at launch. On the other hand the case is designed with scalloped lugs, while being enhanced to 39 mm from the reference 3940's 36 mm. Its special traits deems ideal for collectors looking for a larger case profile while retaining the classic emotions of a dress watch.
