According to a handwritten note this watch originally belonged to Henriette Auguste Luise von Heimbruch, born von Helldorff. The one everyone called Lonny was born on 29 June 1840 in Drakenburg in Lower Saxony and died on 27 May 1916ဣ. She was married to Karl Johann Christian von Heimbruch, the couple was part of the inner circle of the Hanoverian royal family. She was initially Princess Mary's lady-in-waiting and was appointed Honorary lady-in-waiting by George V in 1866. She also assumed this function for Duchess Thyra in Gmunden.

The case back shows an engraved vermicelli pattern surmounted by a horse in enamel painting. It is worth noting that this model🥃 has 3 signatures (dial, case and movement) which is not very common for pieces from this period. The watch presents 2 different signatures: the dial and movement display “Patek & Cie” while the case is showing “Patek Phi𒉰lippe & Cie”.

The model is in fair condition and comes with a Patek Philippe Extract 🐠of the Archives.
