This wine has evolved slowly an🔯d it now looks as if it still has some way to go, given its concentration, dose of new wood and dense texture. The smoky black fruit is very tightly-knit, displaying flavours of Burgundian undergrowth as well as a certain reined-in reserve which breaks down as the dinner party progresses, reflecting the mood of the guests!
