the gold hinges and thumbpiece set with a row of diamonds, the gold loop of hexagonal form with overlaid Cyrilllic letters DT at the centre, with a vesta case at the end, a green tinder cord, in a fitted A La Vieille Russie case, marked Fabergé in Cyrillic under the thumb-piece, with obliterated scratched inventory number 5045
