Description

the Tarabrov case rectangular with rounded corners, enamelled throughout with stylised flowers, geometric motifs and scrollwork, with an aquamarine push-piece, the Kuzmichev case centred by an oval panel enamelled with flowers over a black ground and edged with bars of geometric scrollwork, rosettes in each corner and turquoise enamel bead borders, the gilt interior with Cyrillic presentation inscription dated reading 'In memory of a friend / I.B. - I.I.K. / 1 January 1900', with a silver push-piece, the Tarabrov case struck with maker's initials in the field, 84 standard, the Kuzmichev case struck to the flange with maker's initials, 88 standard
