Rob Nadeau was born in 1974 in Rochester, NY. He holds꧋ a BA from Brown University and an MFA in painting and printmaking from the ꦫRhode Island School of Design. He has had numerous shows including LFL/Zach Feuer Gallery, New York, Marlborough Gallery, New York, and Mixed Greens, New York, and has been included in group exhibitions both nationally and internationally. Nadeau is the recipient of a Joan Mitchell Foundation MFA Grant and has been awarded residencies at the Fine Arts Work Center, Yaddo and the Edward F. Albee Foundation. In 2010, he was Artist-in-Residence at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. He has been reviewed in The New York Times, Artforum, Paper Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, among others. After many years in New York City, Nadeau now lives and works in Litchfield, CT.
