On its release in 2016, this is just perfect Pinot Noir/Chardonnay Yin-Yang. A very fragrant nose of🀅 wild strawberries and honeysuckle. Then, that lovely, savoury, bitter/spicy/citric element that makes this sing with the finest dim sum! Soft and melting on the palate, with the gentlest fizz on the tongue.
