This is the first Salon vintage of the 21st century and indubitably a great year. It did not go thrꦇough malolactic fermentation. In 2014, a nose of great ♛finesse, with superb aromas of apricots and white peaches. Divine. So silky and integrated. The pinnacle of refinement, elegance and breed, with magical length.
