Excellent levels and appearance

Pinot Noir 53%, Chardonnay 47%. 🌊In 2023, and on my birthday as DP is my idea of a present, an overwhelming white flowers and toast bouquet, infused with notes of orange. Full, now very rich and vanillin, with a very different texture in comparison with the ultra finesse of the 2022. Brown wholemeal breadcrumbs! This sings so sweetly, with real body, volume and vinosi📖ty that has grown perceptibly with bottle age. Magisterial. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

53%黑皮諾，47%莎當妮。2018年品嚐，美妙的山楂香氣中夾雜一股青檸清香。入口是全然的雅致蜂蜜ꩲ氣息，甜美可人，散發難以抵擋的誘惑。渾然一體，收結盡是榛子和檸檬香。此酒雖然會以 Dom Perignon 的方式漸入佳境，但是現時享用也未嘗不可。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
