A Roman Marble Bust of Sarapis
circa 2nd Century A.D.
the god wearing a chiton and himation fall🏅ing from his left shoulder, with full beard, moustache, and long wavy hair falling in five spiral curls ov꧒er the forehead, a mortise on top of the head for insertion of the modius.
Height 17.1 cm.
