While Julian Van Winkle III placed most🧸 of the A.H. Hirsch bourbon in steel tanks once it hit 16 years old, he left a few barrels to continue aging. One of those results is this stunning 19-year-old bourbon. Released somewhere between 1994 and 1995 in Van Winkle’s signature green-glass bottles, and is considered one of the pinnacles American whiskey.
