60% Tinto Fino, 25% Cabernetꦆ Sauvignon, 15% Mer🔜lot, Malbec and Albillo. Inky, mineral nose, smoky and chocolatey. Lots of impact and yet so gentle. Finesse of texture, sheer elegance and a lacy finish. A magnum had the inky minerality on the nose, plus mint. The taste was inky and spicy, with lots of glycerol to match the tannin. Dark roasted coffee finish, but ultimately sweet. In 2013, it is all great meaty splendour. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
