on spot-hammered reel-shaped foot pierced through with geometric motifs and applied with copper crab and two lobsters, the hemispherical bowl engraved outside with grasses and bright-cut foliage, gilt inside, the turned-over rim of water-lily leaves applied with a copper beetle and Japanese Gold crab, marked on base and numbered 5638-970 / 660
